Register for Courses
All the tools you need to register for your courses each semester are linked from this page.
Academic Calendar - Keep track of semester dates, registration periods, and academic deadlines.
GTU Registration Information and WebAdvisor Instructions - Step-by-step online registration procedures, a key to the course numbering system, an explanation of course restrictions and how to contact restricted course instructors, classroom locations, contact information for Graduate Theological Union (GTU) member schools and affiliates, and maps.
GTU Course Schedule Database - View all current course offerings for GTU member schools, including the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology (DSPT), by semester. Select optional search criteria such as field of study, course level, or instructor's school to narrow your search.
Student WebAdvisor - Register for courses on-line. Login information is distributed to new students at orientation. Contact email@example.com if you have forgotten your login information. Once you discuss course selections with your Academic Advisor, you may register online and make changes to your schedule during the early, general, and late registration periods (see Academic Calendar for dates) for each session. Once the late registration period ends, you will no longer have access to the WebAdvisor registration schedule change screens. To make enrollment changes after late registration, you must submit a completed Change in Enrollment form to the DSPT Registrar. You may also use WebAdvisor to view your current course schedule or grades.
Health Insurance Plan for Students (HIPS) - The GTU offers a comprehensive health plan for eligible students and dependents. As a part of the registation process you must elect whether or not to participate.
University of California, Berkeley Course Schedule - Students enrolled in full-time degree programs may cross register for courses at UC Berkeley. See the complete cross registration program description, requirements, and procedures for more information.
Special Reading Courses - Students may arrange a Special Reading Course with a DSPT or GTU instructor by filling out the Special Reading Course form , obtaining all the required signatures, and submitting it to the DSPT Registrar.
Tuition and Fees- Registration for courses is separate from the payment of tuition and fees. Once enrolled in classes, you may view your account balance in WebAdvsior. If you have questions about the amount due, please contact Karen Carroll at the GTU Buisness Office at (510) 649-2429 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Late payment fees apply to any unpaid account as of the second Friday of each semester.
