Manages all aspects of gift administration/ processing including the timely entry and acknowledgment of all contributed income, establishing and maintaining a gift coding system, generating pledge reminders and financial reports, and the fulfillment of member benefits.
Interfaces with GTU Accounting to develop and maintain quarterly reconciliation between accounting and Raiser’s Edge.
Generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding fundraising progress.
Generates donor lists as requested for special event invitations.
Assists with all annual appeals by producing direct mail appeals, promotional materials, etc.
Assists with the schedule of development activities, providing timely reminders of upcoming deadlines.
Participates in additional special projects as assigned, including special events, fundraising, and general administration.
