Student Services/Events Assistant

Hours:
Approximately 5-10 hours/week. Weeks with multiple events may provide more hours.
Reports to:
Director of Student Services
Schedule:
Tuesdays approx. 9:30 am-1:30 pm for Tuesday Lunches
Sometimes Tuesdays 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm to help with Student Events.
Other hours are flexible and as needed but will mostly take place in the late afternoon or evening.
Job responsibilities:
  • Plans, executes, and cleans up Tuesday lunches
  • Assists with the set up, hosting, and clean up of DSPT and Tri-School events as needed
