GTU Foreign Language Exam Registration 

The GTU foreign language exam is typically offered three times a year - October, February and May.  Exam dates are listed on the GTU extended calendar and registration is required. Register two weeks prior at the GTU Student Affairs Office, 2465 Le Conte Avenue. 

Online Registration - WebAdvisor external link - Login information will be distributed to new students at orientation. Contact GTU tech support if you have forgotten your login information. Once you discuss course selections with your Academic Advisor, you may register and make changes to your schedule during the early, general, and late registration periods (see academic calendar) for each session. To make enrollment changes after late registration, submit a completed Change in Enrollment formpdf to the DSPT Registrar. GTU Registration Information and WebAdvisor Instructions pdf  

Special Reading Courses - Students may arrange a Special Reading Course with a DSPT or GTU instructor by filling out the Special Reading Course form pdf, obtaining all the required signatures, and submitting it to the DSPT Registrar.

Health Insurance Plan for Students (HIPS) - The GTU offers a comprehensive health plan for eligible students and dependents. During registration you must elect whether or not to participate. Full time students are required to have some form of health insurance.

Cross Registration Opportunities
Students who wish to take courses at the University of California, Berkeley must be enrolled full-time in a degree program and follow the procedures external link set forth by the GTU. Cross- registration is also possible at Mills College and Holy Names College. Contact the DSPT Registrar for more information.
