The most convenient way to apply is online. Your Application, Statement of Purpose and Letters of Recommendation will be submitted electronically. You may also download the Application Form or request a paper application by mail (not recommended).

Applicants may send all materials together or separately to DSPT Admissions Office, 2301 Vine St, Berkeley CA 94708. We encourage applicants to apply as early as possible, but contact us if you are concerned about missing the deadline.  It is often possible to apply later than you may think!
