“My wish is that all of us, after these days of grace, will have the courage, yes, the courage, to walk in the presence of the Lord, with the Lord’s Cross; to build the Church on the Lord’s blood which was poured out on the Cross; and to profess the one glory: Christ crucified. And in this way, the Church will go forward.” |
As Pope Francis expressed as his wish, the Church needs women and men who have the courage to "walk in the presence of the Lord". He will find this courage in young men and women such as Brother Andrew Opsahl, OP, Trevor Anderson and Michele Johnson, three of our students.
Brother Andrew, OP is zealous to bring Christ to our culture through the Dominican charism of preaching.
Michele Johnson is now teaching at St. Joseph Notre Dame High School in Alameda, CA where she introduces her students to the Church's moral teaching.
