Position Available - Office Manager

At DSPT, we are dedicated to bringing Dominican education to lay and religious students so that they may go on to transform our culture. We are looking for the right person to join us in our mission. 

Role Overview and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Donor Services Manager & Executive Assistant to the President, you will provide critical administrative support to our faculty, staff and students to ensure that the day to day operations of the school run smoothly.  You will also play an important role in providing support to the Donor Services Manager for fundraising for the school and be the point person to manage events hosted at the school.

In addition, you will:

  • Manage facilities on a day to day basis to ensure the building, classrooms and common areas are functioning, clean & safe
  • Provide administrative support to the DSPT Finance Manager.

This position is full time (40 hours a week).  On days when we have an 8 am class, a 7:30 am start-time will be required so that the school is open and ready when students arrive.

We are looking for someone with these skills:

  • Self-starter - you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and solve a problem quickly
  • A team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulously organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to provide minor IT troubleshooting support
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends for events.
